Obverse: Jubilee-head of Queen Victoria, left, small crown and veiled. Signed: "M.B. LD." on the truncation. Legend: "VICTORIA REGINA (left) ET IMPERATRIX (right)".

Reverse: Legend above: "TO COMMEMORATE THE VISIT OF". Three shamrocks then below across: "HER / MOST GRACIOUS / MAJESTY / QUEEN VICTORIA / TO IRELAND / 1900".

Notes: Queen Victoria visited the city of Dublin in Ireland during the month of April 1900. There she paid tribute the the valour of Irishmen who were fighting in the Boer War. She was then 80 years old and died the following year.
