Comes encapsulated inside a red fitted presentation case lined on the inside with white silk-like and red velvet-like material. In gold letters on the outside and inside of the lid: "(coat of arms)/ M.PAGLIARI / (PTY) LTD. / CAPE TOWN".
Dr McKenzie was a professor of pathology at the University of Cape Town and became Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in 1978. He served two terms of office as President of the Medical Association of South Africa
