Comes inside a oblong fitted case covered in blue velvet-like material. Inside has white silk-like and blue velvet-like material. On the inside of the lid: "(coat of arms)/ SOUTH AFRICAN / HISTORICAL MINT". Also comes with a numbered certificate (this medal 259) from the SA Historican Mint stating a mintage of 2,000.
