Obverse: Within a toothed border round the rim, conjoined busts of King Edward and Queen Alexandra, Prince George and Princess Mary, and Prince Edward. Radiant crown above, garland of rose, thistle, shamrock and oak below. Legend: "GOD BLESS OUR ROYAL FAMILY". Signed at the foot: "27.JAN.02. H. GRUEBER . COPYRIGHT".

Reverse: At the top, the Royal coat of arms surmounted by a radiant crown, flanked by roses, and below: "UNITED KINGDOM". Smaller coats of colonies of four colonies, each named: Canada (left), Australia (right), India (lower left), S. Africa (lower right). Rose, shamrock and thistle around. Legend within a band, beaded border outside, circle inside: "TO COMMEMORATE THE CORONATION OF TH.M.KING EDWARD VII AND QUEEN ALEXANDRA JUNE 1902". Cross at the bottom.
