Within a closed laurel wreath, draped figure of winged Peace standing, front, holding dove with olive sprig in right hand and olive sprig in left. Downwards on the left: “WELCOME” and on the right: “PEACE”. Lower left, anchor with ribbon: “1914” and lower right, sword with ribbon: “1919”. Signed: “R.J.R” bottom right. At the foot: “SPINK & SON. LONDON.”

The larger medal issued inside a light green cardboard box with: "BY APPOINTMENT / SPINK & SON LTD. / 17 & 18 PICCADILLY / W" inside a frame with the Royal coat of arms at the top in gilt.
The larger medal also issued in 15ct gold and silver; and the smaller medal in silver.
Commemorates the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in Paris on 28 June 1919.
