Reverse: Within a wreath of shamrocks tied at the bottom, across: "TO / COMMEMORATE (in an arc) / THE VISIT OF / H.M. / QUEEN VICTORIA / TO IRELAND / APRIL 1900".

Notes: Queen Victoria visited the city of Dublin in Ireland during the month of April 1900. There she paid tribute the the valour of Irishmen who were fighting in the Boer War. She was then 80 years old and died the following year.
