Obverse: Old-head bust of Queen Victoria, left, veiled and diademed. Legend: "VICTORIA REGINA (left) ET IMPERATRIX (right)".

Reverse: Coat of arms of Dublin with motto: "OBEDIENTIA CIVIUM URBIS FELICITAS" on a ribbon below amidst sprigs of laurel. Below that across: "TO COMMEMORATE / THE VISIT OF / H.M.QUEEN VICTORIA / TO / DUBLIN (flanked by shamrocks) / APRIL 1900".

Notes: Queen Victoria visited the city of Dublin in Ireland during the month of April 1900. There she paid tribute the the valour of Irishmen who were fighting in the Boer War. She was then 80 years old and died the following year.
