Sir De Villiers Graaff, 2nd Baronet (1913 - 1999) was leader of the opposition United Party from 1956 until 1977 when the party was dissolved. This medal commemorates his tenth anniversary as party leader.
There are two variations of this medal with different designs for de Graaf.
Silver and bronze medal pair (type #2) come inside a blue oblong case.
