Edge: Plain

Obverse: Conjoined busts of King George V and Queen Mary, he bareheaded in uniform, she wearing tiara. Stamped at the foot: "RD 571877". Legend: "KING GEORGE V QUEEN MARY.".

Reverse: The unofficial pre-1943 coat of arms of Bulawayo, in rays above an elephant: “JUSTICE / FREEDOM / COMMERCE”. Around with laurel sprigs between words: “BULAWAYO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL”. Legend above: “PEACE . CELEBRATIONS . 1919” and below between stops: “VICTORY”.
