Above in an arc: “SOUTH AFRICA 1995” with a design of five small ornamented triangles before and after. Marked: “GRC” on the left below the last triangle. On the silver medal, below across: "1oz .999 Fine Silver".

The silver medal comes encapsulated inside a blue case lined with white silk showing the 1995 World Cup Logo and blue velvet. There is also a sequentially numbered A4 certificate from the Gold Reef City Mint dated 6.5.95 and signed by the mint master.
The bronze medal comes inside a transparent plastic coin holder glued into a descriptive cardboard pamphlet.
South Africa won the 1995 Rugby World Cup.
