Reverse: Within an ornate oval frame on the left with the coat of arms of Birmingham on a shield at the top: "TO COMMEMORATE (in a wave) / THE / 70TH. BIRTHDAY / OF THE / RT. HON JOSEPH CHAMBERLAIN M.P. / AND HIS / 30 YEARS PUBLIC SERVICE (in an arc) / AS / MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT / FOR / BIRMINGHAM (on a ribbon) / JULY 7TH /1906". Fame with trumpet on right, laurel sprig below.
