Eight coats of arms encircling the text: “CANADA / CONGRATULATES / HER / QUEEN”. The Royal arms at the top. The other arms those of Canadian provinces: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Manitoba and Prince Edward Island.
