Obverse: In the centre within a circular beaded border, old-head bust of Queen Victoria, right. Around her, the busts of six generals with ornamental lines between them, each named below the bust. Clockwise from the top left: “ROBERTS”, “BULLER”, “FRENCH” “GATACRE”, “KITCHENER” and “WHITE”.

Reverse: Royal coat of arms with motto: "DIEU ET MON DROIT".
