In the centre, a small thorn tree within a square frame with beveled corners. On each edge of the frame stands, from top, clockwise: a Kudu, a Waterbok, a Gemsbok and a Black Wildebeest. Signed: “J.P.R” (lower left) and “E.J.M” (lower right). On a raised band above: “KRONING (stop) CORONATION” and below between stops: “2 - 6 - 1953”.
