Edge: Plain.

Obverse: Against a lunar landscape background, the heads of Armstrong (left) and Aldrin (right) appearing through spacesuits. Across on a wavy ribbon above: "NEIL ARMSTRONG * * * * * " and below: "* * * * * BUZZ ALDRIN". Signed: "PB" below first star on lower ribbon.

Reverse: On left, a rocket: "APOLLO II (downwards on left of rocket)" and on right, lander on moon: "EAGLE (across below)". Between from to to bottom, a scroll, concave in the centre: "21.7.69 (in an arc) / 1ST (large) / FOOTPRINTS / ON THE / MOON" and below on a plaque: "WE CAME IN / PEACE FOR / ALL MANKIND".

Notes: Comes in a blue box lined with white silk and blue velvet.
